Purpose-built for historic collections

From cabinet to catalogue

One trophy.
A few photographs.
A record your club can keep forever.

Reflective metal, curved bands and worn lettering defeat ordinary scanners. This workflow is designed around the trophy itself.

Responsible by design

A suggestion is never silently turned into a fact.

Confidence stays visible, evidence stays attached and a person remains in control of every confirmed name.

Read about accuracy
01
Human confirmation

AI readings remain editable and visible until someone at the club confirms them.

02
Minimised member data

Dates of birth are reduced to birth year. The original spreadsheet is not retained.

03
Portable results

Export the reconstructed archive as CSV whenever your club needs it.

Frequently asked questions

Before you open
the trophy cabinet.

Will it read every engraving perfectly?

No. Reflections, damage and unusual lettering can remain ambiguous. The service compares several views, shows confidence and requires human review.

Does it work outside golf?

Yes. The workflow suits rugby, cricket, tennis and bowls clubs, US baseball, softball, football and hockey organisations, schools, universities, museums and other historic collections.

Can we add a trophy that is not already listed?

Yes. New accounts begin empty. Add a trophy, upload its reference photographs and its catalogue illustration is generated in the background.

What happens to member dates of birth?

Complete dates are reduced to birth year during import. The original spreadsheet is not retained.

Can we add missing winners ourselves?

Yes. Set an expected date range to reveal gaps, then add or correct winners manually from other club records.

Can we export the finished archive?

Yes. Export trophy details, years, winners, review states and optional member-match information as CSV.
